GetCarnets ("we," "us," "our") operates getcarnets.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our ATA Carnet preparation service and how we use it.
When you submit an application, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, company, email, phone number, destination country, departure date, and details about your equipment (description, quantity, declared value, and serial numbers).
We also collect standard technical data automatically, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, through cookies and analytics tools.
We share application details with USCIB and the applicable bonding/insurance provider as necessary to process your carnet. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We retain application records for as long as needed to service your carnet (including its 12-month validity period) and as required for our own recordkeeping and legal obligations.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the email below, subject to our recordkeeping obligations for filed carnets.
